Tell your rager not to worry about the code when redeeming a gift card online. When they are scheduling their rage, tell them to go to ADD ONS, scroll down to Z, then choose the gift card that matches the amount of the gift card you are giving them. Email or text us with any problems scheduling or redeeming gift cards.

Our booking software has changed! If you ordered/received a gift card through Stripe, Square, or online, PLEASE FORWARD us the gift card email you received and we will reply with a new code which will work for our new software. If you ordered a gift card from us in person, and there is no digital trail, please send us an email or stop by and we will give you a code. (If we have to look you up in our system, it could take 15 minutes. If you’re in a hurry, please text ahead to make sure we aren’t with ragers and have time to attend to you.)
