If you book an appointment, you have opportunities to reschedule up to the day before the event. However, all sales are final. No call / no show / no refund. Attempting to reschedule within 24 hours of your event is at our discretion. We are all ages, so you can bring your kids. Babysitter canceling is not a reason to cancel.
If someone wakes up sick the day of your rage— we don’t want it, and are happy to reschedule you so you come back when you’re well.
If the weather makes driving dangerous — we will reschedule.

In the text, put your name, email, date and time of appointment, and the date and time you would like to reschedule.

If you bought an item from us that you expected us to ship, there are no returns or refunds. We don’t think shipping breakables to you is a good idea. But if we don’t list a shipping policy, we can’t post the items you may purchase to smash in our rage room on our Google Business Profile. So if you want to spend $300 to buy something from us, we’ll get it to you. But all sales final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds will not be possible.
