Seeking Advice from Experts

This is a reply I sent to a potential business coach. But I hope it will speak to anybody who feels stuck. Get all the free advice you can, but also get really clear on what YOU want, not the tactics they might use to get you to pay them.

I'm a rage room operator. Rage rooms can either be done like adult Chuck E Cheeses or as an alternative to therapy. My rage room allows both, but is highly focused on the latter.

Also, I'm a pulmonary embolism survivor. After surviving a near death experience, I did PT and changed my diet and took all kinds of medication. I got a hysterectomy and afterwards realized more than half the medications I had been prescribed were trying to solve problems I didn't have. And the side effects were awful. So I quit them. I left PT. I tried to find other activities I could do to build progress.

Then my husband lost his job and we decided to open a rage room. The first year was tough. But what I noticed was that the more I dug in, the stronger I was getting and the more endurance I had. When we first got the keys to our venue, I had to have chairs in every room because I could not walk from the front of house to the bathrooms in back without having to stop. Now I make that trip multiple times a day, clean rages with a dustpan and broom, and do so many things.

I don't want to be a CEO. I don't want to be a multi-millionaire. I don't want to retire. I DO want to put all my bills on autopay and know nothing will bounce. I do want to pay down my credit card debt and get a house with central AC. I don't want to join a gym. I don't want to travel. I hate being stuck in a car and I don't like airports and I do like having all MY stuff arranged MY way and not packed or unpacked or concerned with what I forgot to pack or what I might leave behind.

But I got rejected from a business incubator program and I decided to find people who were making due without an incubator. Maybe I would be accepted jnto the incubator next time. Or maybe, hopefully, I wouldn't need it for what I wanted to do.

But your freebie got me thinking about my best-selling services and the services that make me the most money in the shortest amount of time. Just tonight, I posted my offers to enhance the biggest money maker. If I can beat the summer slump that is natural with my business, and even surge ahead, I will be over the moon! And your freebie was part of the mindset shift I needed.

So I don't know if you actually read replies or if you have an AI doing the heavy lifting for you. But I do want to say Thank You and maybe this time next month I might reply again with important revenue goals to share.
